Steve Downs has done some magic on this 1968 Dodge Charger RT, by turning it into a dream machine. By far this is one of the most gorgeous ’68 Chargers we have seen so far. Therefore we wanted to get this Mopar closer to the public. We must thank Ludeman Photographi for introducing this red beauty to us.
After the restoration, this 1968 Dodge Charger RT it has been completely transformed into a gorgeous classic Mopar, with a small amount of modernization. Just enough to keep his classic charm and beauty.
The exterior has a well-known black vinyl top with gorgeous red paint and awesome chromed trim. On the other side, the interior has been completely restored in factory condition, with a black vinyl interior, chromed details, and an awesome wooden steering wheel.
However, the true magic starts under the hood where it has installed powerful Chrysler’s 440 cubic-inch, 7.2-liter big-block RB Magnum V8 engine. With a 4bbl on top, this engine is factory-rated at 375 horsepower and 480 lb. -ft. of torque. In addition, they have put on stunning new shiny wheels for the perfect stance.
