Bolting on a set of Trick Flow Specialties Super 23® cylinder heads has always been a great way to boost the output of your small-block Chevrolet engine. Those “Fast as Cast” runners could support some big horsepower numbers. Now, the knowledgeable engineers at Trick Flow have made a great thing even better. We stopped by the Trick Flow booth during the PRI Show to check out these new, CNC-ported, Trick Flow Super 23 215cc cylinder heads.

Building upon the company’s as-cast Super 23 215cc heads, Trick Flow engineers applied the latest technology and their many years of experience to build more value into its 215cc cylinder head offering thanks to CNC-porting. The new Super 23 215cc cylinder heads feature fully-CNC-ported runners for uncompromising airflow without losing port velocity or mid-range power.

The heads are available with 67cc, fully CNC-profiled combustion chambers with stainless steel, 2.080-inch (intake), and 1.600-inch (exhaust) valves. The competition-ported runners on these new CNC-ported Super 23 215cc cylinder heads measure 215cc (intake), with 78cc (exhaust), and through modern engineering, create the best-flowing high-lift, 215cc runner-sized cylinder head yet. These new Super 23 215cc cylinder heads are practically guaranteed to make competition-crushing horsepower on engines with a 4-inch minimum bore diameter.

The new Super 23 215cc cylinder heads feature fully CNC-ported runners for uncompromising airflow without losing port velocity or mid-range power.

These new heads also feature 1.545-inch or 1.550-inch dual valve springs, a 45-degree, multi-angle competition valve job, ductile iron valve seats, and bronze valve guides. There are also 10-degree valve locks with your choice of either titanium or steel valve spring retainers. These CNC-ported Trick Flow Super 23 215 cylinder heads come with angled spark plugs, extra-thick decks, and raised valve cover rails for better oil control.

Check out the latest CNC-ported Trick Flow Super 23 215 cylinder heads and head over to Trick Flow’s website or contact one of the company’s dealers to get a set for your small-block Chevy.
