This 1973 Chevy Camaro LSX Pro-Touring owned by @chevy_chick is definitely by far the best restomod ‘73 Camaro ever. We only have to say, it is clean, nicely assembled, well balanced, and powerful under the hood.
Without further ado, let’s see all the details of this Chevy muscle beast. It is a ‘73 split bumper Camaro model, painted in olive green, also exterior remains stock without any modifications. Only has been lowered and she installed wider tires for improving the stance.
The interior of this 1973 Chevy Camaro LSX is almost stock, with small changes and upgrades. The dashboard is stock, however, uprated with Dakota Digital gouges, a three-spoke wooden MOMO steering wheel, and a Vintage Air AC unit.
At the center console, there is a Stereo, Hurst shifter with the wood ball, and a custom cup holder. Nothing crazy, simple, and practical. For safety precautions, there is a roll bar with safety harnesses, while everything else remains factory stock.
Under the hood, this completely bitchin Chevrolet is powered by a naturally aspirated Chevrolet’s 454 cubic-inch LSX Crate big-block V8 engine, with an MSD intake manifold and ignition on top. Behind the engine, there is a TREMEC T56 5-speed manual transmission, with a Hurst shifter and wood ball on top and attached by a Ford 9-inch rear end.
Underneath it is equipped with a Speedtech suspension that gives outstanding track performances. For safe braking, this Chevrolet is equipped with Wilwood 13-inch vented rotors and powerful four-piston calipers.
