The electric Cadillacs keep coming.
On Thursday the General Motors luxury brand introduced the Vistiq as its next electrified SUV coming for model year 2026. It’s the third EV intro for Cadillac in 2023 and follows the company’s naming convention for its fully electric models.
Overall, the Vistiq is the fifth EV in the Cadillac lineup. It will be a luxury three-rower for families. Earlier this year the Escalade IQ was revealed and more recently an all-new SUV called the Optiq was teased ahead of its official reveal next year. The 2025 Optiq is expected to act as the entry-level SUV for the electrified lineup. The ultra-premium Celestiq is expected next year.
The all-electric Lyriq has been in production since 2022 with more than 5,000 of the compact crossovers on the road in the U.S. The 2024 Lyriq is priced at $57,195, not including fees, to start. The Celestiq will start around $340,000.
The Vistiq will be bigger than the Lyriq but fall short of the lumbering Escalade IQ, which is an electrified version of the brand’s biggest gas-guzzling SUV.
More about the Vistiq is slated to be released, including details about features and pricing, sometime next year.
