Exterior changes to the Mini JCW Countryman are extensive, and the car now looks more like the SUV classification its dimensions see it fit into. Despite looking vastly different, the JCW Countryman’s relatively unfussy silhouette speaks to both modernity and simplicity. The automaker makes a big deal of the drag coefficient of the new Mini John Cooper Works Countryman SUV being just 0.26. It’s still a blocky little crossover, but there are certainly more aerodynamic elements at play. This includes the two air intakes flanking the grille, which bear vertical reflectors.
The grille itself is a new octagonal design in high-gloss black that does a good job of emphasizing the width and wider stance of the new JCW Countryman. Unique to this model are Mini LED headlights with horizontal bars in JCW Signature Mode and, for the first time, the new JCW checkered flag logo is present. The red, black, and white logo features on the nose, tail, and on the accent element between the roof and window near the C-pillar. The pictures below show this off in red, which matches the roof and mirror caps. The floating roof effect is created by means of blacked-out pillars, and the roof slopes a little at the rear for a sleeker look, culminating in a wraparound spoiler.
Further Chili Red accents are found on the brake calipers. Speaking of the wheels, the 2025 JCW Countryman rolls on aero-enhanced 19- or 20-inch wheels exclusively available to the JCW Countryman. At the tail end, there are quad tailpipes that underscore the JCW’s sporting intent, and John Cooper Works Signature Modetail lights that are vertical and frame the body.
We’re unsure of all the exterior colors available to the Mini John Cooper Works Countryman, but it’s shown here in Legend Grey with a Chili Red roof and exterior accents.
