It features a larger front splitter, canards, a deeply vented hood, as well as a massive rear wing, and a pretty intense-looking diffuser. Additionally, the rear window is covered with vents and features a shark-fin-esque protrusion.
Many of these changes look similar to the ones on the A110R but a little more hardcore, hence the RS speculation. Nothing has been seen of the interior, and we have no idea if the company has modified the engine but listening to the video, the car does sound properly aggressive.
If it still uses the same powertrain as the R, it means it’s working with almost 300 horsepower in a package that weighs less than a Miata, and you know this one has shaved off even more weight. We like to think the company has found a way to squeeze a little more power out of the turbo inline-four though – about 350 hp would be nice. All we do know is when it debuts, we’ll be even more jealous.
