Today we are going to talk about this completely stunning 1970 Dodge Charger R/T, which has been completely restored and slightly modified. The 68-70 body style is considered the most attractive and ours today is not an exception.
It has a gorgeous glossy black body color with red stripes at the back, shiny chrome trim, and an awesome stance which is provided by the awesome wheels. We must admit that the bodywork on this classic Mopar muscle car is amazing, with sharp edges, straight lines, and even gaps between the body panels. It’s perfect.
The interior of this 1970 Dodge Charger R/T is factory stock, without any particular modifications. The complete interior is black, and the comfortable black leather bucket seats up front, roof lining, door panels, and carpet, all have the same color.
The only contrast to the black interior is the chromed details on the door panels. Also, it is equipped with a column shifter, electric windows, power steering, armrest, Vintage Air AC unit, and an aftermarket Fast LCD screen for engine management. Unfortunately, there is no stereo.
1970 Dodge Charger R/T 494 V8 engine
Under the hood, it is equipped with a custom-built Chrysler 440, which has been bored to 494 cubic inches. On top, there are aluminum heads, an Edelbrock intake, and a Fast electric fuel system. This engine produces 520 horsepower and 610 lb.-ft. Of torque.
The power of the engine is transferred via a 727 TorqueFlite automatic transmission to an 8.75 gear ratio Sure-Grip rear-end. also has Wilwood front disk brakes and an awesome stance which is provided by an awesome pair of 20-inch Rocket Racing chromed wheels with low-profile tires.
