If you are looking for a rare and iconic American muscle car, you might want to consider this 1968 Shelby GT350 Fastback that has been owned by one owner only. It was bought brand new back in 1968 from Tasca Ford and from the factory came as GT350 model.

However, it has been upgraded with a Ford 428 cubic-inch, 7.0-liter FE Cobra Jet big-block V8 engine. This engine is factory rated at 335 horsepower and 445 lb.-ft. Of torque, which is a lot more power and performance than the original 302ci V8.

The car originally had a white color with blue stripes, but now has a dark blue body color that contrasts nicely with the white stripes and shiny chrome trim. This 1968 Shelby GT350 Fastback was restored in 2009 and has been well maintained by its owner.

As you may see in the video below, the owner still has all original tags, stickers, and papers, original 1969 sale documents that confirm its authenticity. Therefore this kind of classic, a 1968 Shelby Mustang GT350 Fastback in deep blue body color is super rare, especially in this condition.

This 1968 Shelby GT350 Fastback features power steering, power disc brakes, and a four-speed manual transmission with a Ford 9-inch rear end. The awesome 15-inch ten-spoke Shelby wheels are wrapped with BFGoodrich Radial TA tires.

Inside it is equipped with a Shelby deluxe black vinyl interior with wood inserts. Also has a factory rollbar, AC unit, AM radio, and a Carol Shelby signature on the console and visor. This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of Shelby’s history that combines style, speed, and fun.
